The truth about juice
You've been drinking a version of juice. Not the real thing.
Every bottle of juice you've ever bought made a compromise somewhere. A concentrate here. A pasteurization there. A "natural flavour" added back in because the original was cooked out. These aren't accidents — they're business decisions.
Heat-treating juice kills bacteria, which extends shelf life and cuts costs. Concentrating it reduces shipping weight. Adding flavouring back makes it taste like something again. The result is a product that looks like juice, smells like juice, and technically contains some fruit.
But it is not what fruit actually tastes like. Not even close. We know this because when we made Drips, we refused to do any of it.
Why we freeze it
We chose the hard way. Because it's the only honest way.
Real juice without preservatives goes bad fast. Every commercial brand solved this the easy way — heat, chemicals, or both. We solved it differently. We froze it.

The Problem with "Fresh" Juice
Most juice labelled "fresh" is pasteurized at high heat to extend shelf life. The process destroys the enzymes, aromatics, and flavour that make fruit taste alive. Safe, shelf-stable, and flat.

Concentrate strips water from fruit to cut shipping costs, then adds it back at the factory. Flavour is lost, so manufacturers add "natural flavour." Fruit disassembled, shipped, and reassembled.

This bottle started as a craving for something real
It started with a mango. The kind you eat standing over a sink because it drips down your arm — sweet, fragrant, nothing like the ones shipped weeks early just to survive the journey.
So we asked: what if we could bottle that? Not an approximation. Not a concentrate. The actual fruit, the actual taste — preserved exactly as it was, delivered to your door in Canada.
The answer was freezing. The longest, most expensive route to a bottle of juice — because it's the only honest one.
Ripened at its best. Frozen to preserve it. Nothing in between.
Neither, really. It's whole fruit, minimally blended and frozen. Thicker than juice, chunkier than a smoothie, and more natural than either. Think of it as the closest thing to eating the actual fruit — in a bottle.
The opposite. Freezing is what makes it more fresh. Every commercial juice uses heat or preservatives to stay shelf-stable — both alter the taste and nutrients. We freeze immediately after blending, locking in everything. Frozen is fresher.
Fruit. That's it. Mango: 100% mango. Strawberry: strawberries and raw honey. Guava: guava and raw honey. No concentrates, no artificial flavours, no preservatives, no added water, no white sugar.
Because it's made with whole fruit and almost no added water. We barely blend it so the natural texture is preserved. That thickness is the real thing — not something added in.
Take it out of the freezer and let it thaw in the fridge for a few hours (or on the counter for 30–45 minutes). Shake well. Drink straight, pour into a glass, or eat it with a spoon. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and drink within 4 days.
