Take it out of the freezer and thaw in the fridge for a few hours (or 30–45 min on the counter). Shake well. Drink straight from the bottle, pour into a glass, or eat it with a spoon. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and drink within 4 days. Do not refreeze.
